You will need: 12 oz canned tuna in water, drained 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 small yellow onion, diced 2 tbsp. mayonaise 1 tbsp Dijon mustard salt and pepper The recipe: Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.  Serve with bagels or crusty bread.

White bean dip

You will need: 1 can cannelini beans, rinsed and drained 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp olive oil some chives juice of half a lemon salt and pepper The recipe: Pulse all ingredients in a food processor with blade until smooth.  Add more olive oil if needed.  Serve with pita chips.
