Another interesting combination I came up with. You will need: 2 cups spinach 5 large radishes, sliced 1 cup crumbled goat cheese olive oil balsamic vinegar salt and pepper to taste The recipe: Combine spinach, radishes, and goat cheese.  Dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
