You will need: 12 oz canned tuna in water, drained 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 small yellow onion, diced 2 tbsp. mayonaise 1 tbsp Dijon mustard salt and pepper The recipe: Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.  Serve with bagels or crusty bread.
