Baked chicken with broccoli and bechamel

My son does not like broccoli, but he agreed to eat this dish – it must be pretty good.

You will need:
4 chicken breast filets
2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups milk
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 cups shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

The recipe:
Preheat oven to 350F.  Cook chicken filets in boiling water until done, about 30 minutes.  Reserve stock for other recipes.  Thaw broccoli in half a cup of boiling water for about 5 minutes.  Cut chicken filets into small cubes and mix with broccoli.  To make béchamel, melt butter and add flour, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.  Add milk, bring to a boil and cook until the sauce thickens.  Season with salt and pepper.  Pour the sauce over chicken and broccoli, mix well.  Transfer into a baking pan and cover with shredded cheese.  Bake for 20 minutes.
