Honey mustard chicken

If you are tired of plain boring egg wash for your fried chicken this recipe is for you.  The recipe courtesy of Rachel Ray.  She used pork chops for it, so if you like pork you can use it but it is great with chicken too.

You will need:
2 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 cup bread crumbs
Pinch of your favorite dried herbs

The recipe:
Cut chicken breasts lengthwise and pound them until thin.  In a bowl mix honey and mustard.  Add vinegar, mix, add more if the mixture is thick.  In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs with herbs.  Dip chicken in honey mustard mixture, than in bread crumbs until coated.  Fry over medium heat about 4 minutes on each side.
