Makarony po-flotski (navy style pasta)

This is a good way to use the chicken meat left over from making chicken stock.  I use food processor to mince the chicken.

You will need:
2 cups minced cooked chicken
1 small yellow onion, diced
2 cups elbow macaroni
some chopped flat-leaf parsley
olive oil
salt and pepper

The recipe:
Cook pasta according to package directions.  Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the oil and cook onions until soft, about 10 minutes.  Add chicken and cook for another 10 minutes.  Drain pasta.  Add chicken and onions to pasta, mix well.  Season with salt and pepper.  Add parsley.
